Development Director – India

Flint Asia is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the cultural and corporate scenes in India to join the agency’s expanding team as a Development Director. Working closely with the company’s Founding Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering Flint Asia’s Development strategy, from either the New Delhi or Mumbai office, as well as playing an important role in the ongoing growth and development of the agency as a whole. S/he will be a logical, strategic thinker with a creative, solution-oriented approach who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A confident networker with strong verbal and written communication skills, the ideal candidate will be commercially minded and target driven, with innate business acumen. Flint’s Development work is an area for considerable growth and as such we are looking for a Development Director who can build and grow a Development team. With this in mind, first rate leadership skills and a natural ability to mentor, motivate and manage teams, are also of paramount importance to this position.

Junior Account Executive – Mumbai

Flint is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and competent individual to join the fast-growing Mumbai team and to work alongside Account Managers on campaigns for arts, culture and luxury lifestyle-sector clients. Previous experience in the art and PR industry is preferred but not necessarily essential. What is more important is a candidate with an interest in the creative industries and an appetite to gain new experience, to learn and to thrive within a creative environment. The ability to work independently, use their common sense and to be able to take proactive initiative is essential.


  • Genuine interest in art and culture sector and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work within a small team as well as independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work with ability to attend evening and weekend events where necessary
  • Experience of event management, specifically private views and press previews
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Good attention to detail


  • PR experience, working with the Indian media, either in-house or with an agency
  • General knowledge of the Indian media
  • Knowledge of social media, databases, photoshop and Mac
  • Work or study experience abroad
  • Languages desirable
